Mark Robson is the CTIO of Unifiber, “Asianet.” With extensive experience in the TMT (Technology, Media & Telecom) sector, he has driven innovation in Pay-TV, OTT, Media, and Telecom over several decades.
Among his career highlights, he:

• was part of the founding team for Indonesia’s first Cable TV provider, First Media (Lippo).
• diversified Bakrie Telecom from a business-to-consumer to a business-to-business entity.
• contributed significantly to Hong Kong’s first satellite/cable TV service with the Hutchison Group and later Swire (Wharf Cable).
• led the modernization of the internet platform for Rogers Group in Canada and conceived the concept of connecting banking networks in the late 1980s with the introduction of fiber connectivity.

Before joining Unifiber, Mark was with EQT Global, a private equity firm, where he identified infrastructure opportunities for acquisition. He has a strong focus on building start-ups, creating technology solutions, developing strategic roadmaps, and sourcing funding. Mark is also a certified blockchain expert and an avid Web3 enthusiast.

He holds a BSc in Architectural Engineering from Sheridan College, Toronto.
