Toshitaka in his role as the Manager of Access Network Planning Dept. at JCOM has implemented the adoption and promotion of CCAP for Internet lines using HFC methods and coaxial cables at JCOM.

Subsequently, he was in charge for a project to transfer the FTTH services and provide high-speed Internet services required by corporations and local government. Recently, the services have further evolved using the FTTH to deploy 10G and Wi-Fi 7.
