Dr Lee Rong-Ruey
Managing Director, Broadband Networks Lab, Chunghwa Telecom

Dr. Lee received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science from the National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan, in 1990 and 1999, respectively.

Dr. Lee has been working with Chunghwa Telecommunication Co., Ltd. Laboratories (CHT-TL) in Taiwan since 1990. He is currently the managing director of the Broadband Network Lab of CHT-TL. He has been participating in CHT’s network transformation, including fixed-mobile convergence, cloud-network synergy, converged transport network, open networking, network resilience, sustainability, etc. in his span of career leading the Broadband Networks Lab.
